Card counts limit the hypothetical transfer; they do not reveal a player's ranks. Ask Notebook holds the public clues.

Go Fish rules

Each player gets 7 cards (5 cards with 4 players). The rest is the pond.
On your turn, ask one player for a rank you already hold.
If they have any, they give you all of them and you go again.
If not, they say "Go fish!" and you draw one card. Draw the rank you asked for and you go again; otherwise the turn passes.
Four of a kind is a book. It is laid down right away.
If your hand runs empty, draw a card from the pond. With no cards and no pond left, you sit out.
When all 13 books are made, the player with the most books wins.
Bots: Easy asks at random, Normal asks for what it holds most, Hard remembers every ask and answer.
Keys: Left/Right pick a rank, 1-3 ask that bot, N starts a new game.
